NOT happy. The program on computer did not match the physical company inventory. In the middle of no where so difficult to get back to other companies. They were polite but not helpful.
Rented a vehicle did not read small print went out of state got a 575.00 bill in the mail. I did try to work it out with manager Danielle but no return call after several phone calls and when I talked to billing she said she will have the manager Daniele call me and again no phone call instead I got an email that the manager won't budge on the high penalty and .32 mile. I rented there numerous times this past year and was not asking for her to waive the entire fee just not charge the full penalty. Customer service they could care less. Also they says it's at the airport it's not they have to run a shuttle to pick you up to drive to there facility. Better off using the other rental companies that way you don't need someone to drop you off and pick you up when done with the rental. Also they mostly have trucks jeeps etc they book you a small or medium car when you get there there say there upgrading you to truck or jeep small cars are gone if you looking for a gas saver stay away .
If I could give this place no stars I would. Just a word of caution save your money and visit the Enterprise at the Greenville Spartanburg Airport you'll thank me later.
Love their rates, they are friendly. Get you in and out.
Not in terminal but located adjacent to the airport with quick shuttle service. Upgraded us to a Ram Laramie truck at no extra charge. Hesitant at first but loved the ride after we drove it. Interior as good as it gets and smooth comfortable ride. Enjoyed the Sirius radio.
I've rented several cars from here and each time I've encountered a problem whether it was them not having the car class I reserved or rude staff. My last straw was after renting a truck for the week, two days into the rental the tire blew completely out on the highway. Which could have caused a serious accident. I called for roadside and was told it would be at least two hours before they could arrive. I just ended up changing it myself. When I returned the rental I was assured that my LDW waiver would cover the cost of the blow out. Unfortunately three weeks later I received a $1200 bil in the mail for damages to the wheel well, as well as loss money. Although the manager walked around the truck inspected it and signed my statement all while reassuring me everything was fine and that it would be covered under the LDW waiver. I've tried contacting management but still have not received any correspondence.
