Very easy helpful staff. Simple and not difficult check in and return. My only issue was the scratches and dents in the car. Made me nervous when it wasn’t recorded
Budget car rental at Greenville, SC, could not have been better. Apart from a small wait (less than 10 minutes) for a car since we had arrived earlier than planned, all was excellent. Attentive and courteous counter staff in the airport, easy access to rental cars in the parking garage across the street, car was clean and in excellent condition, and the return was easy to find, fast and efficient. Rental has never been easier.
Great staff! We were met with smiles and friendly conversation at pick up and drop off. It was truly a pleasant experience.
Called and scheduled a car a week in advance due to being in the area working and needing it to go to drill, customer service "Omar" said it would be no issue to rent a car when I asked if I needed a credit card since apparently that's a new collusion the banks and rental companies have I keep hearing about.. litteratly never needed a credit card to rent a vehicle as long as I had a bank account and debit card, but wanted to verify. He said it would be no issue. Finally after working a 15 hour day; just to show up and get a car to head right to drill, they tell me I can't rent a car since I don't have a "credit card" "can't take a debit card." I have plenty money in my account, I make great money working on the pipeline. I'd rather buy a plane ticket and drive 18 hours in my own car next time than ever rent a POS from any company clinging to this credit card scam BS. Run my credit and driver's license if you don't think I'm worthy to rent a car, I've got nothing to hide. Just another way for companies to have an excuse for you to buy into their credit card scams. Wonder how much of the cut, budget car gets...
Thanks to Juan in the Greenville/Spartanburg airport and Erik Sanchez I will continue to rent from Budget for all my car rental needs. Juan went over and beyond to assist in 2 separate rentals from the same counter and Erik in GSP assisted with a very unpleasant experience I encountered with the Montgomery Airport agent Clarisse
