I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for 10 or more years. I tried several other companies before going with Enterprise, but there is no comparison. The website is very easy to browse through and make your selection. If needed, there is an easy method of modifying your existing reservation if needed. I generally use the Enterprise at my local airport because of the extended hours. I am in and out within minutes of check-in or check-out. I really appreciate Enterprise for making this process so easy.
Had a great experience with check-in to rent a 15 passenger van for our Thanksgiving roadtrip with my wife's family. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would happily rent here again.
I’m a long time Enterprise member and this time around my experience was great as usual other than me being charged for calling roadside assistance because the key fob sensor didn’t work. I had the key in the cup holder and the door didn’t sense it because of whatever reason. I later got charged for calling roadside assistance for something I feel is definitely the cars fault sense the car should be able to sense that the keys are inside. This happened on a 2017 Ford Taurus by the way.
Love the quick and very friendly service from the team behind the counter! They go ABOVE and beyond in making sure you're happy with your car you pick up. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was my windshield inside was all smeary which I didn't realize until driving at night, so for that I am giving 4 stars. I will definitely rent from them again, however.

We rented from the Greeneville, SC airport Enterprise and it was a great experience. We got there and decided to completely change our rental from an SUV to a BMW convertible they had parked in front and they handled the changed quickly and got us on our way. I highly suggest Enterprise and a convertible to drive along the sprawling Blue Ridge Parkway and back country roads SC, NC, and TN have to offer in the area.
