The price was very good and the online reservations were easy. Tim at the desk was very friendly and seemed to be working hard. However, I have NEVER experienced slower service in renting a car than here. It seems their systems are very inefficient and Tim seemed like the only one working. I waited in line for an hour and I was only third in line. Me, and the other two renters in front of me all had made reservations on line ahead of time. The second guy couldn't even get his car because of their system having a glitch. I would not recommend renting here if you want your car in less than an hour.
Have used this location over a dozen times. Always friendly, and the lowest rates around. Have rented brand new $50k Dodge Rams and Ford F 150's for $40/day, or $125 a week. Just rent the "Wild card special" online and ask if they have a truck available when picking up your vehicle.

Waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes to get the shuttle due to no one answering their phone. Finally arrive and there is one worker for both Dollar & Thrifty. One building; 2 counters. Definitely not worth saving the $5-6. Go with an on site car rental agency.
rented a car from Dollar rent a car. Just got my bill an they charged me for a large some of money. No one answers the phone to find out what the charge is for. I did not damage the car. will not rent a car from them again beware.
