Customer service was very friendly. Check in/pick up was smooth and easy. Car was very nice and clean. Drop off was also quick and easy. Will use Alamo again, for sure!
Came in for the holiday weekend and a wedding. Even though I booked a car through a 3rd party site, I was given a free upgrade and treated with excellent service.
The staff was great. Our car was a little dirty when we picked it up. Like most rental companies I wish they would clean the inside front mirror. Overall it was a quick and easy pickup and drop off.
Bringing it back was even easier. If this is the level of quality Alamo provides, I will definitely be using this company again at other locations for work or personal travels

The service staff from beginning to end was fantastic. The car ran flawlessly and was clean and fresh smelling. I returned the car very early on our departure day and expected only to have to drop keys in a box without getting a receipt, but was very happy to see an attendant there who greeted us and provided an itemized receipt and directions to the terminal. Alamo is our company of choice. If I had to make one change I would have liked to see a fast check-in kiosk at GSP. I suppose since it is a smaller operation there, that is why they don't have one like some of the other major airports. Other wise a fantastic experience !!!!
Other than the windows looked like they were cleaned with a dirty towel (I had to clean the inside of every window when I got it home), It worked out well. It was a 2018 Dodge Charger R/T with the Hemi. I expected to get poor fuel economy, but was able to achieve 26.5 MPG the whole trip to florida.
