I ordered a new refrigerator Monday July 10th that was supposed to be delivered Tues. July 18th. I received a confirmation call the night of the 17th giving me my 4 hour delivery window. Tuesday morning they call stating they have to reschedule for Thursday or Friday. I call back to find out why and they say that they are short staffed. I rescheduled which now they say they can not deliver until Monday July 24th . I requested at the time of rescheduling a manager call me they said they would have one call me. I called again the following day same response. I called everyday up until they delivered my refrigerator for a manager to call me and no one ever did or has. The people who came to deliver rushed the install. They plugged it in and that was all. This is who Home Depot uses for their delivery and as long as they use them I will never purchase another appliance from them.
0 stars- Horrible, RUDE, hostile, unprofessional company with unacceptable service. DO NOT order appliances from Home Depot because this is the company delivering from SC and it's NOT worth it. They told us they'd deliver between 8-12 and we asked them to wait 10 minutes for us to get home because we were not home at the exact time of delivery . They threatened to leave and then LIED about it. Jennifer, the manager, was just as rude and hostile as the drivers and denied that they LIED about threatening to leave if we weren't there and we were 2 min. away. We had to send them away and not have the appliance delivered. Drivers were yelling at us and harassing our neighbor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered appliances from Home Depot and they I trusted this company to deliver them. Once I received my brand new appliances the refrigerator and stove had noticeable dents. They proceeded to run the dishwasher but didn't stay for the full cycle. Once the cycle stopped and they were gone instead of draining properly he water drained onto my wooden floors. They were contacted immediately and they sent an inspector (Troy) out to document the damage who took pictures and blamed fridgidaire for the damage ( but reported back to R& D no damage at all). Frigidaire then came out to do their own inspection only to find out R & D didn't hook the valve up correctly causing the water to drain onto the floor. I called them repeatedly only to be dismissed and never received calls back from countless messages being left. This company has been horrible it's been 1 week and there has been no resolution to this issue my floors are now ruined and the water is now spreading to the living room hardwoods.
