The brake job at Quick Lane was over $200, and the repair of the shoddy work at the Ford dealer in Conway was over $800! Do yourself a favor and avoid D and D.

You definitely need an appt for service. They keep themselves pretty busy. Service is good and affordable, as far I experienced. Waiting time is long (30+ mins), while your car is pulled in for service. Staff is kind, not extremely friendly, but they are professional and the locations looks clean and tidy.
