Very impressed with Rod and his team! They were actually unable to fix my car which had a LOT of problems, but the way he handled things has made me a big fan of Meineke of Greer and it's now the ONLY place I'll take my other vehicles for service!
Allegedly found all sorts of things wrong with my car, but didn't find low water level in battery and had to be asked twice to check tire inflation. Services that should have been included in oil change.
Just finished up paying over 1100 on having my rack and power steering pump replaced only to have it go out 2 days after leaving the shop with a major leak. This repair had already exceeded my initial estimate by 200 bucks. Upon taking car back was explained that there was no issue with my power steering pump line 3 days ago and that it was now the issue. I'll never spend another dime here. Counter person was pretty indifferent that the car was never actually repaired just interested in the few hundred extra bucks that could be taken off me. I'll pay extra just to go somewhere else for the repair. Never have I spent so much to get nothing fixed.
