My husband spends a lot of money in this store, and has for the last 10 years. We went in to use his coupons he gets with his membership. We missed the ornament premiere, as we are paramedics and were both working. We came in and he asked about his free ornament, as we were buying 3 other ornaments. The young cashier was very pleasant and placed it in his bag. The other woman, dark hair and slight accent, took his bag and removed his free ornament and said he had to show proof of his membership card for 2017, which we had not received. She said he couldn't have the ornament. She said it was a different club and he should have gotten a card. We will not be back. He has spent thousands of dollars there over the years. It used to be a friendly place. I don't see it lasting with the employees you have now. Too bad.
So happy to find out the owners name. Christine I am disgusted by what I overheard in your store the last time I was shopping. I am not aware of what the situation was but the way you talked to one of your older employees was shameful, to demean and scold a person to tears in a very public professional environment is not acceptable. I will not shop at this location or any other location you own.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Karen, and employee in the store, is very friendly and will go out of her way to help you as well. Would definitely shop here again
I have been shopping at this hallmark store for a few years and am really disappointed in how the customer service has went downhill in the past year. I have tried to call this store (greer) multiple times in the past week or so and have gotten no answer any of the times I called. I don’t know what has happened in the past year, but I guess I will have to find another hallmark store in the area to get some kind of service.
