Food was good, but slow to get the food. Don't be in rush when you get here. I saw 3 families leave cause it was taking too long just to get their order.
It has a great family setting. I would recommend Long John Silver's to my friends & family.
Wife and I have been going to LJS for many years. Always have ordered the clams which has always been great. This visit the clams were terrible. Old, left over whatever. Brought it to their attention and they didn't even say anything. Lost our business. Don't go to the one in Greer SC.
They were nice and the food was fresh.
I've had slow service before but not this slow. It took over 40 minutes to get our food and drink. The workers just stared at the screen and it wasn't even busy until 20 minutes after I showed up.
Long John silver's has declined over the years. This particular location is a shining example of how bad it's got. The service was quick however the fries were hardly warm and very chewy. The chicken tasted like it's been left out for a day and one piece was like trying to eat a tire. The seats are showing their age and are not very comfortable. Tables were poorly cleaned. The food was very overpriced for what we got. Very disappointed...
