Steve was the best service person who ever came to help us with our problem. Your company are very lucky to have employed such a wonderful person. His patience and kind nature is not seem much in society today. I am glad you send him to help us.
This is the third time they have come to service my heating or air conditioning. David arrived while I was on the phone on an international call. He was most patient and understanding. He explained the services carefully and warned me about a weak starter. I had had it replaced a year ago so he will put in another one next week at no charge.
Emily was delightful and let me know on an ongoing basis when Tim would arrive. Tim was very professional and provided some useful tips about my allergy issues. The service was exactly as advertised. Tim even discovered a clogged pipe which I had missed. They are very service oriented and honest.

Our main floor Heat & Air unit, including the thermostat, quit working. Called Five Star. The Heating & Air tech was out within two hours but found it was an electrical problem. Our disconnect had melted. I was relieved when I learned that Five Star also handled plumbing, electrical & insulation work as well. Five Star had their licensed electrician, Josh Robinson, out shortly after that. He made the necessary repair quickly & for the amount he quoted just prior. Then, while I was writing the check, he went and got some drywall anchors from his truck & re-installed my thermostat. Now it hangs securely on my wall. I'd been wanting to do that myself but hadn't taken the time to fix it so getting to check that off my ever-growing To Do List was a very nice surprise. Thank you Josh for everything!!

Service Technician was in and out in no time and I have hot water again. James replaced a valve and motherboard (both under warranty). The fast response time is great and I am so pleased with Five Star Plumbing Heating and Cooing. I hope it doesn't go out again but if it does I will just call Five Star!
