How this Papa John's has a 3.6 rating is baffling to me. We have ordered from here since moving to the area and saying that we have been pleased is an understatement!! They have the BEST delivery drivers and the pizza is always just as hot when it gets here and its exactly as ordered. Majority of the time it's here before the time that was given when we order. 3 year repeat customer and I don't see it changing anytime soon!
I've never experienced such poor customer service. Manager was belligerent and rude. Actually had one of the cooks come and interrupt my conversation with the manager and act like he was going to get physical with me! The manager didn't say a say thing to the person. All this for a pizza? No thanks!
2nd time our pizza was not delivered. They claim they came and rang the door bell and no answer. Funny thing is I was outside in the front yard waiting for them. Called them and they said they would bring it back out. Over an hour later, and 2 hours after original order the pizza was still sitting at the store. The Greer South Carolina papa johns is horrible, customer service is horrible and they are rude.
Have never had a problem here. Good pizza, friendly staff, in my experiences.
