We had a wonderful salt cave experience. The staff is professional and kind; the building is gorgeous; the salt cave experience itself was unique, relaxing, and enjoyable for me and my husband. It was a great way to spend an hour of my birthday.

Bad customer service. Horrible pedicure. I don’t put my real name on Google so that is why you didn’t find my name. I got a text asking what I thought of the service. I sent a picture of how they filed my gel polish off, leaving the corners of my toes bleeding. I got a response at 1am saying thanks for the feedback! Very sarcastic and don’t know how to handle customer service well. This is why I will NEVER come back.
