I really enjoy my time at Crossfit OSC and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get in shape or stay in shape. I am 57, which just proves that anyone can do it.

The trainers at Crossfit OSC are fantastic! They are energetic, encouraging and really know their fundamentals. I have been attending Crossfit for almost two years now and have improved in the areas of mobility, endurance, strength and overall fitness. I am also an avid golfer who plays competitively and Crossfit has helped me to gain at least 10-15 yards in all aspects of my game. I highly recommend this facility if you are interested...you will not be disappointed. Rigo does a great job of taking care of his members so come check it out.
