I hired Paul Davis company to restore my home after a very large tree in an adjacent property crashed on my home. The owner of the company, Dan, assigned Gary as my project manager. He told me that Gary would do a great job - that was an understatement. I have owned this home for almost 30 years. It was my first home, my dream home, and will one day be my retirement home. I paid for every brick and nail in my home and worked hard to do so. When I received the call from a neighbor about the tree, my heart broke, the sense of loss was almost too much to bear. As strange as this may sound, as a cancer survivor (one year and counting), this ranked up there with "how will I handle this" type situation. What do I do? Who can help me? Helplessness set in, followed by depression. Here's the happy ending, my project was complete last week. Funny thing, it was the most stressful situation (when it happened) and turned into one of the most pleasant. Gary stood by my side the entire time, communicating with me daily, hiring THE BEST contractors ever. He not only lived up to my standards and expectations, but he blew the lid off of them. I will never forget Gary. The stress he removed off of me I feel saved my life. For anyone thinking about hiring this company, let me offer some advice. You have to be a partner with your project manager and work with them. My hats off to Gary and all the amazing folks I met through working with Paul Davis. Thank you will NEVER be enough. My sincere appreciation to Gary, one of the kindest and most competent people you can meet, a true gentleman. Thank you for giving me my home back, the place on earth that is my sanctuary, my safe space.

Bathroom water damage. PROJECT started September, still not finished! If i could give no stars I would. Customer service horrible.. I leave messages. They may or may not be returned. I go for weeks with no contact. For the life of me I will NEVER UNDERSTAND these glowing reviews I see online
