Bad product/worse customer service! My husband and I bought the Pendleton love seat, sofa and recliner in November of 2016 along with a warranty. In April I noticed that the reclining mechanism on the left side of the sofa was making a noise and within a few days it broke. I called the store and told them what happened and they stated they would order the part. Approximately six weeks later someone from the store called and said a repairman was on their way to my house. I told them that no one was home and asked why they had not called to schedule a time with me to come to the house to look at the reliner. He really did not have an answer but asked if the gentleman could come the next day after 12:00 pm and I said that was fine. The gentleman came and turned the sofa over and looked and said that the part was in fact broken and that e would give the OK to order it. I was taken aback because I thought he had come to repair the sofa and I also had been told that the part had been ordered 6 weeks prior. When I asked him about the part being ordered when I called the store he said he wished they would stop telling customers that because they do not order the part until he comes to look at the sofa. So I had waited six weeks and nothing had been done. I contacted the store and they said the part had been ordered and they would call me when it came in. I got a call on 5/29 saying the part was in and they would need to come pick up my sofa and return it two days later. I asked what I was supposed to sit on for three days and he did not have an answer. I paid for a sofa and need a place to sit. I have Parkinson's Disease and the love seat and recliner are not large enough when I am spasming. They will not bring out anything for me to sit on and will not repair the sofa inside my home. I will never buy anything from Badcock again. They also lost my son's business. He had bought a bedroom set from them and was planning on buy another bedroom set, living room furniture and dining room furniture. No more!

Had a really good experience here got a good deal on a recliner and the staff was friendly and very helpful

BEWARE ***My own experience has been horrible! The leaders in that company (not the delivery drivers) are rude. We had a warranty issue and ended up with a store credit after corporate took over. We had decided on something from the clearance room. When we came back to finalize, it had been mysteriously damaged.

Worst customer service. I am a 38 year old female who had intentions of spending money in this store - but had stopped at Starbucks prior to going in for the first time. (Cold drink, with lid and straw) Therefore, I brought it in with me. When the kid working there finally walked up to me... before I even had a chance to finish asking if they had what I wanted... told me " no drinks allowed in store". I was literally in the middle of my sentence asking for something and couldn't believe that someone was more interested in telling me I couldn't have a drink in the store (I could understand if it was a child that had it) than they were with making a sale. He then offered to put it on the counter for me! Thanks, but no thanks Babcock; 1st and last time I will ever walk into your chain!

I had automatic draft for my payment set each month so I wouldn’t be late. On my last payment I got a call saying I was late on my payment (it was 4 days early) and that I needed to pay the amount on the phone. Paid it and then a few days later I check my bank account and it shows that payment taken out plus another $200 that was set to be taken out on the due date of when I normally had the bill drafted even though the account was already paid in full 4 days prior. It was a mess trying to get my $200 back! I won’t be back.

Do not waste your time at this place! Go to a different furniture store... Bonds is just down the road. Any badcocks but this specific location. BEWARE
