The service team was outstanding! We were in this area visiting when our Sierra developed engine problems. After a Google search I called the service department. David gave us personal treatment. He was very courteous and his promise to repair in a timely manner was fulfilled. Great team!!!
I had the best car buying experience I’ve had in all my years when I got my car this week. My salesperson Wofford listened to everything I said and asked for in a vehicle, his patience and effort to let me utilize the options in my car to make sure it had everything I needed were greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a truck from Bradshaw. The buying experience was good but I could not get any assistance in helping me to remove a couple of items from my truck I traded in. I could not even get a wrench needed to remove one bolt. I had to drive 20 miles home and bring my own wrench to do the job. I also have not had a good experience in the service department. It seems once you buy the vehicle they don't care about taking care of you.
