Henderson's firm was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend. I had to call 3 times over a 2 week period and left messages with the secretary for someone to call me back. On the 4th call I finally got to speak with someone. Let's just say she was rude, and told me she and Mr. Henderson would be on vacation until the middle of the month. Did she recommend someone/anyone else in the firm? No, but she did want to make sure I understood that if I made an appointment there was a $250 per hour charge. Hmmmm. A local radio station advertises they give free consultations. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
I have worked with Henderson Accounting for 20 years now and they are awesome! They truly care about their clientele and that is so refreshing. They work with me every year to make my business the best that it can be and for that I am extremely grateful. I have recommended them to any one that asks me who I would use for accounting. They are the best!
Amazing! I have been using them since high school - admittedly 10 years. Wonderful staff, (now a wonderful parking lot) amazing customer service - and the best tax skills. They always get my taxes done fast and help me get the most money back! I love them! I will never use anyone else! Don''t overpay and use H&R Block - who have been known to make many mistakes and over charge! You will not regret using Henderson accounting!
I have used Henderson Accounting for over 15 years. After many years of quality service this year they deduced they've outgrown small accounting jobs. They told me in front of my children 2 days before tax day that they were not going to do my taxes for me this year. Which put me in a scramble to find last minute services. I was able to find someone else that actually did a much better job than the sorry people at Henderson Accounting. They are absolutely horrible. I thought it was just me but I also looks them up on Yelp and they had a 1 star rating on Yelp as well. This place sucks. I will never take my business here again and I suggest you think long and hard before you take your business here.
The above was posted as my initial review for Henderson Accounting. Fast forward to January 30, 2017. I received a letter from Wyatt Henderson stating that his firm was disengaging its services from our personal and business accounting effective December 31, 2016. I wrote an email to ask why, and his response was that our business wasn't profitable enough for his firm to maintain, since they had "8 new clients waiting to hear if we will take them on." and they were "running at 110% of capacity" Wyatt, perhaps a 90 day advance notice would be a much more professional way to handle future "disengagements". Now I'm hustling to find a new accounting firm at the worst possible time on the tax calendar, not to mention a new payroll provider. New clients considering Henderson Accounting beware.
